Who We Are
Rooted in the Bitterroot Valley.
Bos Saddlery began in 2009 as a small consignment operation in the Bitterroot Valley. Launa apprenticed under Bob Trezona at Bitterroot Saddle and built her first saddle in 2010. She spends time around horses, bringing hands-on horsemanship to the way she works. Today, Launa makes Bos Saddlery headstalls and smaller strap goods in the shop. Her approach starts with the horse, the rider, and the job the gear needs to do.

Start with fit
A good fit starts with the horse: look at the withers, back shape, and how the saddle sits without bridging or rocking. When you are comparing tack, bring the horse's actual job and the rider's needs into the conversation rather than choosing by label alone.
Match gear to the job
Ranch, barrel, roping, and trail horses do not all need the same setup. Choose a saddle and tack combination for the work, the hours in the saddle, and the horse underneath it; the current shop selection changes, and we can help you compare what is available.
